“Just want to mention how extraordinary I found the support for the 2LV+ card to be.

I had problems installing the card that were the result of it’s being defective. They had a number of people trying to determine what the problem was and they were prepared to work all night on it into their morning if necessary, it appears. On Friday it was determined that the card was bad and on the following Monday morning, about 9:30 AM, DHL was at my door with a replacement card.  Just try to get such service from [another company]!

They determined what my requirements are for a full Caller ID and are presently looking into another request for me.
