View DPM 9600 - 602 Error

This means that your DPM 9600 has recovered from a timing issue.
To reset the dpm remove the batteries for approx. 10 minutes.
To install a firmware updates you can manually download the update from the Philips website
http://www.dictation.philips.com/index.php?id=70&CC=US
Under Mobile Dictation select “PocketMemo 9600” from the drop down list and click on the arrow. A new page will launch to provide the download.
